FAQ

Community

St Johns Centre is proud to be part of the local community and committed to working in socially responsible activities designed to benefit groups and individuals.  We also support the community in a number of other ways, including helping charitable causes by providing opportunities to raise awareness, working with universities, schools, media partners and local businesses on a range of community projects within Liverpool.

Child Safe Scheme

While you're with us, enjoy a safe and relaxed family shopping experience by taking part in our Child Safe Scheme. Visit the customer service desk for your Child Safe wristband and more details.

Disabled Parking

From wider car parking spaces to audio and brail support in our lifts, we have done our best to ensure that all our visitors enjoy themselves during their time with us. There are disabled parking bays available on level 1A of the St Johns car park. Access to the shops for wheelchairs and prams is by lift on levels 1A, 2A and 3A to avoid access by stairs on the other levels. For further infomation about our accessibility and special features, please visit the DisabledGo website or call us on 0151 709 1916. Guide Dogs / Assistance Dogs are welcome.

Toilet Charges

The toilets at St Johns underwent a major refurbishment 12 months ago, enabling us to provide more appealing, modern and bright facilities for our customers. In order to maintain these standards a small charge for use, comparable with other facilities in the city, has now been implemented.
