Do you have a Post Office within the centre?
A: 

The Post Office is located in Houghton Way on the lower mall.  The closest entrance is in Houghton Street opposite John Lewis.

Does your car park have any restrictions?
A: 

Height restrictions apply within St Johns car park and vehicles above 6 feet 6 inches (1.98 metres) in height are unable to park.

 
Q: 
What time does St Johns car park open and close?
A: 

St Johns shoppers' car park is open 24 hours and seven days a week.  They are open 365 days a year including Christmas Day.

Can I smoke in the shopping centre?
A: 

The whole of St Johns shopping centre and the car park are no smoking areas.

 
Q: 
Where is the disabled toilet facility located?
A: 

The disabled access toilet is located on the lower mall next to the public toilets, between Book Clearance and and the Food Court. A Radar key is required which can be purchased from Shopmobility on the upper mall, opposite Wilkinson.

Where are the toilet facilities located within St Johns?
A: 

The public toilets are located in the lower mall in Dawson Way, between Book Clearance and the Food Court.

Do you have any Mother and Baby Parking Bays?
A: 

There are no specific parking bays for Mothers and Babies in St Johns car park.  However, shoppers with prams are advised to park on levels 1A, 2A or 3A which gives direct access to the lifts avoiding stairs in to the centre.

Are there any parking facilities for disabled shoppers in St Johns?
A: 

There are 12 parking bays for disabled drivers on level 1A of St Johns car park. Access to the shops for wheelchairs and prams is by lift on levels 1A, 2A and 3A to avoid access by stairs on the other levels.

Where is the nearest Tourist Information Office?
A: 

The 08 Tourist Information Office is located in the Travel Centre, at the rear of St Johns in Whitechapel, close to Queens Square Bus Station.

Do you have a Cybernet Cafe?
A: 

Shopmobility has a Cybernet Cafe which costs £1.00 per hour and is open from 9.30 am until 3.30 pm Monday to Saturday.

Do you provide wheelchairs and electric scooters?
A: 

Shopmobility provide a wide range of services including the hire of wheelchairs and scooters.  Their office is located in St George's Way, close to the lifts adjacent to Wilkinson on the upper mall.  The opening hours are 9 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Saturday.  Shopmobility require 24 hours notice to book scooters and full training is supplied.

What are the Centre opening hours?
A: 

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 9am until 5.30pm, Thursday 9am – 8pm, Sunday 10am – 5pm.

What banks do you have in the centre?
A: 

Cash machines are located on the Upper mall inside the Wilkinson Store (No Charge) and on the Lower Mall, at the edge of the Food Court near Card Warehouse store (There is a charge for using this machine).

Outside the centre in Houghton Street opposite John Lewis (Royal Bank of Scotland) and outside Tesco.  There is no charge for using these machines.

Where are your ATM machines located?
A: 

Cash machines are located in the following places.  On the Lower Mall (at the edge of the Food Court near Card Warehouse store).  There is a charge for using this machine.  Houghton Street (Royal Bank of Scotland).  There is no charge for using this machine.

 
Q: 
Are there are cash points within St Johns Shopping Centre?
A: 

Yes we have a cash point on the upper mall, however, it does charge £1.50 per transaction.

Free cash points are available directly outside the centre. 

 
Q: 
Are there any baby changing/feeding rooms?
A: 

Baby changing facilities are available by the ladies toilets on the lower mall by the Food Court.
