At St Johns Shopping Centre we have plenty of facilities to make your visit easy.

To make your visit an enjoyable experience, we offer a wide range of facilities for all, from families with young children to people with disabilities.

Listed here are some of the facilities that we offer:

Toilets

Public toilets are available on the lower mall by the food court

Baby changing facilities are available by the ladies toilets on the lower mall by the food court. 

A disabled toilet is available by the ladies toilets on the lower mall by the food court. A Radar key is require to  access this toilet.

Cash Machines

Cash machines are located in the following places: -

On the lower mall (at the edge of the food court near Card Warehouse store).  There is a charge for using this machine.

Outside St Johns on the lower mall, in Houghton Street (HBOS), opposite the formerJohn Lewis department store.  There is no charge for using this machine.

Within the Wilkinson store, located in St Georges Way on the upper mall. There is no charge for using this machine.

Within the Poundland store, located in St Georges Way on the upper mall. There is no charge for using this machine.

Public Telephones

A BT public phone is available on St Georges Way on the upper mall, next to the centre management office.

Passport Photographs

There are 3 passport photograph booths located around the centre.

Child Safe Scheme

Child Safe wrist bands are available free of charge from Wilkinson on the upper mall.

Customer Services

The Centre Management office is located on St Georges Way on the upper mall

Car Parking

St Johns has a 625 space award winning multi-storey car park which is open 24 hours a day and and 7 days a week.

Food Court

St Johns has a 420 seat food court with six leading outlets including KFC, Subway, Shere Khan, McDonald’s, BB’s Coffee N Muffins and Spud-u-Like.
