DisabledGo Accessibility Guide

DisabledGo is an award-winning disability organisation, based in the UK, which produces reports detailing accessibility to venues all over the country. Disabled people visit each venue in person to survey the the facilities and accessibility to people with disabilities, be they mobility-, vision- or hearing-based.

 

Shopmobility

The Shopmobility scheme is no longer available within the centre, however you can obtain further information on their services and contact details by visiting their website  Liverpool Shopmobility website for more information.

 

Disabled Parking

There are disabled parking bays available on level 1A of the St Johns car park. Access to the shops for wheelchairs and prams is by lift on levels 1A, 2A and 3A to avoid access by stairs on the other levels.

 

Guide Dogs / Assistance Dogs are welcome.
